THE T TEAM (Second XI)

T TEAM SECOND XI

1. Mark Thacker - Persuaded to come out of retirement for the Fourth XI and scored a classy 59 at Beaulieu in 2011.

2. Scott Tapper - Left handed batsman, superb and powerful timer of the ball. Best score of 111 not out for the Third XI against Camelot in 2011. One half of Lymo's Bros tribute act.

3. Tom Thorp - The other half of the Bros tribute act. Played First XI cricket on occasions, partaking in a match winning last wicket partnership against Havant in 2006, but did particularly well for the Third XI as demonstrated by his 59 at Emsworth in 2017. Buggered off to Sway in 2017.

4. Craig Tapper - Prolific batsman at colts level and a real chip off the old block. Just weeks after scoring a century in an Under 15 18 overs match he smashed an amazing 176 in a Sunday friendly at Milford, an innings which included 8 sixes and 21 fours.

5. Will Thorp - The 14 year colt had a dramatic introduction to senior cricket, taking 6-31 (including a hat-trick) for the Fourth XI against Suttoners in 2005. Ended that season with a batting average of just under 25. Played a game for the First XI three years later, scoring 12 runs (including a six!) against Havant but sadly opted to play lower league cricket with Milford on Sea.

6. Josh Thacker - Useful batsman with a highest score of 84 in a friendly against Calmore in 2010. Represented the First XI a number of times with a top SPCL score of 19 against St Cross. Tremendous fielder.

7. Jude Tollerfield - Highly promising off spinner and batsman who did well for the Second XI last season. Has best figures of 4-17 for the Third XI versus Hythe & Dibden in 2018 and a highest score of 74 for the Fourth XI against Ellingham.

8. Jack Todd - Handy seam bowler who came through the colts system and played a few Third and Fourth XI matches in 2010.

9. Greg Todd - Enthusiastic lower order batsman who played some important innings for the Third and Fourth XIs. Stamp collector, now living in Ireland.

10. Sufian Tarafdar - 'Taf' was recommended to the club in 2002 by Jerry Holt after a particularly good curry at the Passage to India restaurant where he was a waiter. Took four wickets on his Third XI debut against Overton and generally had a good season but not a lot was seen of him thereafter.

11. Louis Tollerfield - Was part of the successful Under 13 colts team and has best bowling figures of 2-3 for the Fourth XI versus Christchurch in 2018. Good fielder.

Mentions: Jakob Thomas, Owen Thomas, Caspar Todd, Melissa Thomas, Sally Tollerfield, Nikki Trovato, Walter Turner, Frank Totterdell, Garth Thomas

Summary: Plenty of family connections in this team but not a lot of experience. Or bowlers, for that matter.
